made a great red sauce tonite….
Sauteed up fresh garlic and chopped onions., and chopped ichiban eggplant in a chiante.
Added a plain tomato sauce that i got (prego), and added a ton of fresh basil, and fresh spinach. Added some sea salt, black pepper, rosemary, and marjorama. Sauteed for awhile.
Very tasty.
