dinner last night:
1. steamed fresh green beans, added to garlic sauteed in olive oil
2. yellow squash & onions, cooked down… delicious
3. chicken breasts, marinated in olive oil, freshly squeezed lemons, fresh lemongrass, fresh thai basil, and fresh rosemary (all from my herb garden). chicken baked at 350 degrees (F), in enough water to keep it basted and slightly covered. Near the end of the cooking, most of the water was removed.
Served with fresh garden tomatos on the side.
this past weekend: mild larb, made with ground lamb, bamboo shoots, thai basil, over sunflower sprouts and mixed greens.
