I had to go back to Red Palace (menu). I craved Pho.
So, Doug & I ran over there for lunch, and both ordered P1.
Pho Dac Biet: Noodles soup with eye round steak, well done flank, brisket, soft tendon, white tripe & meat ball. Comes served with bean sprouts, limes, jalapeños, and basil. yes.

Soft Tendon:

White Tripe:

The large bowl is big enough to bathe in. Eat and drink.
Looks very good. Think it would be kid friendly (assuming the child is open to exotic foods)?
Finally Pho in Fayetteville!
Alannah adores alliteration.
Now THATS what Im talking about!! We will get to check it out on Friday night, kidless too! yeah!
Hey I love Pho. Since moving to NWA 4 1/2 years ago I’ve only been to one pho restaurant (found out about it only last year), so I’ve been deprived of Viet pho for a longgggg time, though I do make my own at home.
I thought Vietnamese restaurants were non-existant in this region but i guess they aren’t anymore.
Thanks for insight on the restaurants.. more specifically Viet restaurants. I’ll be sure to try them all and will be back to tell you my thoughts on them.
