On Tuesday (July 15th), we had lunch at the NM Cafe at Neiman Marcus in the Fashion Show Mall.

For starters, they brought out Popovers with Strawberry butter:

Jill had “The Sampler” (Roast Tomato Fennel Soup, one half albacore tuna salad sandwich, and a small salad):
I think the real question is, how much did you pay for the gourmet bistro meal? And was the price difference worth going to, over a more local place?
What i ordered was $12.50 for the sandwich and fries.
Going to a more local place would’ve involved a cab or bus ride.
But we hit some local places as well (more on those later).
