i found a great script that will extract the redhat enterprise linux ISO files, and recompile them into a bootable dvd image, so I can install off of one dvdr instead of 6 cdroms !

So, I’m currently upgrading one of my systems to be redhat linux enterprise v3, instead of redhat linux 9. kxua and kuaf will not be available via streams from http://listen.uark.edu/ for the afternoon (I hope sooner than that).

After that’s done, I have to reinstall all the apps and stuff, then install my development webct server, so that I can start testing the peoplesoft/isis/webct integration functions. i have to get that operational within a month or so.

i clicked the icon for photoshop, and it loaded up SUPER DUPER FAST ! That “Quick Launch Bar” REALLY DOES WORK!!!!!

Then I remembered that photoshop had already been open (and had been for the last 2 days), so the quick load time was really the 2 seconds it took for photoshop to blink open from the background.

dammit.
