From: Mike Vancha (aa408@GPFN.SK.CA) I just had a listen to "Russian Hill" and it sounds like it has a capo on the first fret to make an open F. The folling are then the chords with the first fret now being "0" or open and the real 5th fret on the guitar being the 4th fret (remember with the capo on, everything changes to one fret less than what it is on the guitar). The other thing to know is the strumming pattern. The "d" underneath the tab is down strumming and the "u" is up strumming. That's the main part at the beginning any way.
