Front St., in the Brewery District. The group is touring to promote its second album, Spilt Milk, released this spring on Charisma Records. The 12-song collection echoes The Beatles, Queen, Squeeze and XTC during its better moments; Supertramp and Donovan the rest of the time. The melodies are catchy, though, and the arrangements intricate and lush. It should be interesting to see what the band does in concert. Antenna will open. Tickets cost $9 at Ticketmaster outlets, The Patio and by phone at 431-3600.
