Remaining member Roland Orzabal still hasn't met the cliche he can't incorporate into a lush setting of a catchy melody and shroud in vaguely Beatlesque significance. Elemental (Mercury) proves it. If the '60s are too retro for you, jump a decade and listen to the faux Queen sounds of Jellyfish's sophomore effort, Spilt Milk (Charisma). Come to think of it, Jellyfish sounds even more like the Beatles than Tears for Fears does. No matter. Both ba nds make polished, effortless pop that's as easy to remember as it is to forget. - Fred Beckley Tears for Fears with Jellyfish at the Tower Theater, 69th and Ludlow Streets, Upper Darby, at 8 tonight.
