L14 LENGTH: 272 words HEADLINE: IN THE SWIM WITH JELLYFISH BODY: Jellyfish Tuesday, 9 p.m., Tipitina's, $8 They're the Faith No More of '60s and '70s bubblegum pop. A madcap quartet of pop moxies mixing every radio staple from the Beatles to Supertramp, Jellyfish crashes familiar sounds together in a recombinant attack that's like its San Francisco brethren's sunnier side. Acid wit and joyous, over-the-top production make the band's sophomore album, "Spilt Milk," one of the year's chewier pleasures. Singer Andy Sturmer's voice should be on a pin-up. How he'll recreate in concert the album's Queen-sized operat ic harmonies in concert is anybody's guess. Sturmer und Drang indeed! Mindfully retro rock trio Antenna opens.
