When I Feel Again by Matthew Sweet Written by Matthew Sweet(SBK Blackwood Music Inc./Charm Trap Music 1989) Found on Earth LP (1989) Transcription arranged by Jason Robinson (SporkGD@aol.com or shaft@trib.infi.net) This is a song that I got addicted to after constantly listening to Earth after I received it as a gift over Christmas. The song calls for rhythm, a constant lead guitar, and another lead guitar to key in the fills. While the song has much guitar to it, it also relies heavily on keyboards, which can either be a blessing or get in the way. I tried to get down as much of the lead guitar as I could, but for this track, the lead is really hard to pick up and piece out admidst all the keyboard fills. After a while I just quit, but it ought to give a good example of the placement and the scale used for the lead. It's catchy and you'll like it like a good pair of slippers: warm, fuzzy, and so hard to take off. Standard Tuning Drum intro Verse 1 You think you're so fast, but I know who Said it was the first..
