just made the dough for the naan. It’s rising now, and I’m researching the best methods for the tandoori chicken. yuummah.
got to hang with m’shell and travizz today for a bit at the farmer’s market….then bumped into them again in dingdale @ a store….
we headed over to the asian market, where i got some coconut milk, fish sauce, fresh basil (50 cents a bunch), and some sesame seed/mung bean dough thingys.
We also picked up a rather nice looking ghost knife at a pet store.
Back to the kitchen….
