lifesavers

A college professor was doing a study testing the senses of first graders, using a bowl of lifesavers.
He gave all the children the same kind of lifesavers, one at a time, and asked them to identify them by color and flavor.
The children began to say:
“Red…………cherry,”
“Yellow………lemon,”
“Green………..lime,”
“Orange……..orange.”

Stranger Than Fiction

We went to the movies last night and saw Stranger Than Fiction.
The cast was great. Will Ferrell playing a “straight” role, without his usual comedic asshattery.  Emma Thompson was brilliant (as always).  Dustin Hoffman played a great eccentric literature professor.  Maggie Gyllenhaal was cute as ever.  and let’s not forget Queen Latifah.  I like it [...]

Meth is Everywhere

Meth is a big problem in Arkansas.  We can’t even buy Sudafed without asking a pharmacist for it, showing identification, and signing for it.
Apparently religion and democracy itself has now fallen victim to Meth.
