Little Rock

I was in Little Rock on March 22-24th.  Here’s the evidence:
I firmly believe that I’m in dire need of a GPS unit.  I always get lost.  Everytime we took a wrong turn in Little Rock, we came across this sign:

We went to El Cuñado in Springdale for lunch today. It’s turning out to be one of my favorite Mexican restaurants in NWA.
We walked in, and it was PACKED. There were two other non-hispanics in the restaurant - two older white women, sipping on Cokes.
They received their order, and started to arrogantly argue [...]

Quiet Sunday

I was awoken at 9:30am by the sound of CHAINSAWS outside my window.  So much for the peace, quiet, and serenity of Mt. Sequoyah.
Turns out that the neighborhood had someone “pruning” their bushes.  Some dumbass was actually pruning a BLOOMING bush with a chainsaw.  The bush was looking nice until it was raped and pillaged [...]

Fayetteville School District Screws Over Artist Community

Last November, it was announced that the Fayetteville school district designated approximately 2,600 square feet for artist studio space in the building that used to be Jefferson Elementary School.
